Through ReadySkills, she designs and delivers practical, engaging programs that equip individuals with essential life skills—ranging from career readiness and communication to financial literacy, mental well-being, and independent living. Her mission is to make these skills accessible, relatable, and meaningful for all Australians, regardless of their background or learning journey.

A sought-after facilitator and connector, Bridie collaborates with schools, community groups, industry partners, and training providers to create opportunities that open doors to diverse career pathways. Her work is grounded in the belief that every learner deserves the confidence, capability, and support to succeed—whether they’re stepping into their first job, navigating further education, or building their independence.

Luke, Student NSW

"I did the 'AssistReady' program, and it was actually pretty eye-opening. Learning basic first aid and understanding a bit more about mental health awareness wasn't something I thought about much before, but now I feel way more prepared if something serious happens. It's good to know you can actually help out in those situations."
